ICONINC releases student housing projects to market – Leeds

Property developer ICONINC has confirmed that work on its student housing project in Leeds will be delivered next year as its apartments were released for sale this week.

Apartments in two new projects, The Edge and Glassworks, are to be completed in September 2014 but are on the market now through a network of international agents.
