Berkeley to build £60m Imperial College tower

Berkeley is to partner with Imperial College London to build a 659-bed project worth £60m in West London.

Berkeley First, the housebuilder’s student accommodation division, has previously developed Griffon Studios in Battersea and Orient House in Chelsea for Imperial.
