Cambridge Student flats get go-ahead
Liverpool property group, Downing, has won planning permission for a 354 bedroom student accommodation development in the CB1 regeneration scheme in Station Road.
The plans are part of a £75m scheme which, when complete, will see Downing deliver three six-storey blocks totalling 586 bedrooms.
