Manor Property Group seeks judicial review over property plans

A property developer specialising in student accommodation is seeking a judicial review after a £76m scheme in Hulme, Manchester, was refused planning permission.

Leeds-based Manor Property Group bought brownfield land on Coupland Street for £36m in 2010 and planned to spend £40m on its development.
