Swansea University put student accommodation village site up for sale

An upmarket residential scheme has been earmarked for a prime site in Swansea. Swansea University has put on the market its 1960s built Hendrefoilan student accommodation village. It extends to 44 acres – of which 20 acres can be developed with the remainder being protected woodland.

Chartered surveyors Savills have been instructed to market the site in Killay, which is one of the most affluent areas of Swansea.
