Work starts on £13m project to build student flats in Birmingham
Nottingham based Clegg construction has begun work on a £13 million project to build flats for more than 400 students in Birmingham.
It won a deal to build three blocks of multi-storey flats in Selly Oak for The Student Development Partnership.
