Empty office block in Paisley will be turned into student flats

An empty office block in the heart of Paisley is to be converted into 235 student flats as part of a massive £7m re-development plan.

Gilmour House, which sits above the Piazza Shopping Centre, has been bought by property developers FreshStart Living to create accommodation for students at the University of the West of Scotland.
