Santander provides £2m for Liverpool student accommodation
GC Capital, based in Manchester, has already converted derelict terraced houses in Smithdown Lane into 63 living units, in clusters of seven bedrooms with shared facilities, in the first phase of its scheme.
The scheme is 100% let with the first tenants set to move in shortly for the coming academic year.
Now, the Santander Corporate Banking funding will enable GC Capital to commence the second phase which will add a further 35 living units …
