Work presses ahead on £20million Plymouth student flats
Building work has started on a £20million block of student flats – and it will be finished in just a year.
Workmen are in action at the 1.2 acre Notte Street site, formerly occupied by a NAAFI building, where they are currently driving a road through the plot and working on a steel skeleton for the nine-storey tower.
