Student flats planned by Canterbury Christ Church University
A new plan has been submitted for student accommodation by Canterbury Christ Church University campus.
Almost 50 residents from the Wimpey Estate and the surrounding streets in Broadstairs complained about the potential noise and mess after developers applied to turn neighbouring homes into student lets in June.
