Cardiff city centre student flats set for approval
A proposal to build a six-storey student accommodation block in the city centre looks set to be given the go-ahead tomorrow.
Developers Sydney and Cardiff Properties want to build the 84-bedroom tower on St Andrew’s Lane, off Dumfries Place.
