Design and construction of 300 study bedrooms, in clusters of 8 to be available on campus by September 2014. A potential site has been identified at the eastern end of the Britten House. the development falls within the University’s existing master plan, but no planning consent has yet been sought for this building. The successful applicant would be responsible for obtaining all necessary consents.
Interested parties should also be aware that this development has not yet been approved by the University’s Council and, subsequently, no funding is in place.
