Bouygues to build £22m Essex student scheme
The Uliving consortium of Bouygues Development and accommodation operator Derwent Living has received planning approval for its new student accommodation project for the University of Essex in Colchester.
Bouygues UK will be design and build contractor on the £22mm project and Derwent FM is the facilities management contractor.
Construction will start on The Meadows site in April and be completed by the autumn of 2013.
