East Sands student housing proposals under scrutiny – St. Andrews
Proposals to develop a 160-bedroom student housing development adjacent to the East Sands beach in St Andrews have come under public scrutiny at a consultation exhibition.
Townspeople were invited to see the project submitted to Fife Council by Alumno Developments Ltd to deliver the purpose-built student accommodation and a new nursery facility at the Wonder Years Nursery site on the sea front.
