Conversion commences of Bolton Hotel into 100-bedroom luxury student halls
Hamilton Black Developments has appointed local contractor Richmond Bolton Construction to carry out the renovation.
The landmark Bolton town centre building is to undergo a £3 million revamp and be converted into a 100-bedroom luxury halls of residence.
