Vinci to build £23m Cardiff schemes in tandem
Vinci Construction UK has won a £23m contract to build student housing and a fire station in central Cardiff.
The client is developer Cambrian Holst.The student accommodation will be divided into two sections. The first will have 107 en-suite bedrooms, 40 studios and one disabled person’s bedroom. The other section will include 274 en-suite bedrooms, 117 studios and one flat.
