Mansell wins a £40 million contract in London for Urbanest

This significant new building will form part of the 67 acre Kings Cross Central development. It will be the tallest on the site with the accommodation arranged across a 14-storey shoulder building and 27-storey tower.

The building will provide 657 student bedrooms, across 196 units arranged in clusters, with shared living spaces and kitchens or self-contained studios.

In addition to the accommodation units the building will include 356 sq m of retail space, common rooms, roof terraces, laundry and a management suite.
