University submits plans for huge community – Cambridge

A massive development outside the city which includes 3,000 homes, 2,000 student flats, and a hotel, will finally be considered by planning bosses. Cambridge University has been planning to build on the land between Huntingdon Road and Madingley Road for years but has only just submitted a planning application.
