FreshStart Living makes £5m acquisition – Nottingham
Student accommodation specialist FreshStart Living today announced its fourth acquisition in under two months with a swoop in the East Midlands.
Salford-based FreshStart took the wraps off a £5m scheme which will transform a central Nottingham office building into 150 student flats.
FreshStart bought the building, which forms part of the Victoria Shopping Centre, from Trafford Centre owner Capital Shopping Centres and will rename it Victoria House Halls …
