Student flat plans revealed – Preston
The owner of a patch of land near Preston’s student village wants to build another block of flats. Faisal Ahmed is seeking permission from the city council to build a five-storey building on land on Aqueduct Street. He wants to build student flats capable of housing 30 bedrooms on the plot next to the Wickes DIY store. Designs submitted by Preston-based architects Aaamir Design show the building would sit alongside existing properties on the street.
