Student flats set to go ahead despite concern – Leicester
Plans to build an accommodation complex for more than 200 students look set to be approved next week. Launch Padz Developments wants to build three blocks of flats on the site of a former storage firm in Brookland Road, off Welford Road, in Leicester. Members of Leicester City Council’s development control committee will discuss the scheme on Tuesday.
