Tesco development arms submits £150m Gateshead plan

Spenhill has submitted a planning application for the $150m regeneration of Trinity Square in Gateshead.

The regeneration subsidiary of Tesco’s proposals, designed by 3DReid, include a new town square, 45 retail units comprising almost 200,000 sq feet of new retail space, roughly 38,000 sq ft of office space and a 993 bed student village with management and social facilities.
