Quintain Estates unveils next stage of Wembley City
Quintain Estates & Development has revealed plans for the next stage of its redevelopment of Wembley City.
The development company has begun a pre-application stage of consultation on its plans for the 14 acres of land surrounding the new Brent Civic Centre to the west of Olympic Way.
The plans, which go on display at a public exhibition at the Wembley Plaza Hotel on 14 July, will create a neighbourhood around the Civic Centre, including 1,300 homes located around a new community park. Shops, hotel space, student accommodation and affordable workspace will also be included within the development which in total will be 160,000 sq m.
