Accommodation sale to boost student living

The University of Salford has agreed the sale of some of its student accommodation to international student accommodation company Campus Living Villages – who will be managing 1,400 student residences in four accommodation blocks.

The deal includes a commitment by Campus Living Villages to invest £2.6m on the refurbishment of two accommodation blocks over the next two years.
