Yorkshire firm to build £36m student campus in Hulme – Manchester
Yorkshire-based property developer Manor Property Group has acquired a site in Hulme which it plans to convert into a £36m student property development.
The firm, which is based at North Ferriby in East Yorkshire, has bought a site at Coupland St next to the Birley Fields office development on which it plans to develop an eight-storey tower containing 672 student apartments, office space and a convenience store.
