We often get asked “Why are you called TigerLime?” Our answer is “Why not?” We do things refreshingly differently and so we started with our name.

Ian has spent the majority of his career in the construction and property sector, his experience is considerable having been a quantity surveyor and subsequently a project manager for leading national and regional contractors in London and the South East, as well as a project director for UNITE. At UNITE he was involved in the development of the project management function and for delivering the property portfolio in the south west of England and London over the last 10 years.

Ian also brings some unique experience to Tiger Lime as he spent three years as the operational director for UNITE developing their London and Edinburgh portfolio, managing a team of 18 managers and developing an understanding of the challenges that exist in running a portfolio with buildings ranging 10 year old refurbishments to recently opening one of the largest student properties in the centre of London.

Ian brings a different perspective to project management understanding the issues of both the client and the contractor, bringing strong leadership and clear communication to the process enabling the whole project team to achieve their strategic aims.
