Exeter students hit by high cost of rents

Exeter is more expensive for students to live than almost anywhere else in the country, new research has revealed.

 

A new study shows the average cost for a student living in private-rented accommodation in Exeter is £82.66 per week.

The figure is more than £20 per week more expensive than the average for the rest of the country. It makes the city dearer than Oxford, Brighton, St Andrews, Canterbury, Bath and Bournemouth.
