Planning permission secured for 1,514 student beds at Brabazon site

YTL Developments said it has secured planning permission for 1,514 beds of student accommodation at Brabazon – the new 380-acre neighbourhood being built on the historic former Filton airfield in Bristol.

Designed by local architects Stride Treglown, the accommodation, earmarked to be opened in time for the 2026-7 academic year, will be spread across four mansion-style buildings close to the new railway station.
