Unite Students to build 600-bed student accommodation at Temple Quarter, Bristol
- Unite Students has signed a build contract to develop a new circa 600-bed property
- With total development costs of £75million, Marsh Mills will be constructed adjacent to the University of Bristol’s new Temple Quarter campus, ready for the 2025/26 academic year
- Half of the rooms have been pre-let to University of Bristol students through a long-term lease agreement
- Unite Students has introduced carbon saving technologies into the build, which will save 7,300 tonnes of embodied carbon
