North West student property sector in good shape, said CBRE report
A new report by commercial property advisor CB Richard Ellis claims the student accommodation market should remain resilient, despite reduced central funding for the public sector and the expected rise in tuition fees.
Those factors may have “a tangible impact” on the type of accommodation in demand, however, with cluster flats and cheaper accommodation selling out before studio apartments.
