Exeter students facing bigger rent rises than other university cities

Exeter students have seen their rent go up more than any other university town in England, new research has revealed. 

The cost of renting a room in Exeter and Birmingham has risen by 7.6 per cent in both places, according to house share website Spareroom.co.uk.
