Braemar invests in Newcastle’s student scene

Property fund management group Braemar has announced a £7.7m investment in student accommodation in Newcastle.

AIM-listed Braemar Group, based in Hale, has bought Garth Heads in the city, a block of 34 ‘cluster flats’ which can accommodate 185 residents.
